Job Description
The Customer Experience Consultant is responsible for ensuring a positive relocation experience for customers by managing client relocation programs and providing a comprehensive explanation of the relocation process.
Requirements
- Provide a positive customer experience using measurable factors of performance
- Manage a caseload of files on programs/clients excluding home sale benefits
- Communicate the relocation roadmap and provide a comprehensive explanation of the relocation process
- Manage data pertinent to each customer's relocation file
- Understand and manage costs connected to relocation deliverables
- Direct day-to-day activities for assigned Associate
- Communicate effectively with customers, clients, and service partners
