Scrum Master / Agile IT Coach

Role Overview

Lead agile ceremonies, facilitate team dynamics, and accompany development teams in applying agile principles and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners to achieve product objectives and follow performance indicators.

What You Will Do

Animate daily, sprint planning, review, and retrospective ceremonies, identify and remove obstacles, and adapt practices accordingly.

Requirements

• Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, project management, or equivalent
• Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Mastery of collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro...)
• Good understanding of software development cycles
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) appreciated
• Natural leadership and facilitator posture
• Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy
• Ability to listen and manage conflicts
• Analytical spirit and pragmatism
