Job description
Support Agile delivery teams by keeping work organized, teams aligned, and delivery efforts moving forward effectively. The Scrum Master works closely with engineering teams, product owners, stakeholders, and leadership to support software development and digital initiatives.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, support team collaboration, accountability, delivery consistency, and overall team effectiveness. Remove blockers, improve communication, and maintain delivery momentum.
The role requires someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments. Success depends on strong communication, facilitation, relationship management, and the ability to support teams through challenges while maintaining collaboration, transparency, and delivery momentum.
