Job description
We are looking for a Scrum Master to accompany our teams in the implementation and continuous improvement of Agile practices. You will intervene within multidisciplinary teams and ensure the smooth running of projects in Scrum methodology.
Animate Scrum ceremonies, accompany teams in the adoption of Agile and Scrum practices, facilitate communication between different stakeholders, identify and remove obstacles impacting team progress, follow Agile performance indicators, promote continuous improvement within teams, collaborate closely with Product Owners and technical teams.
Confirmed experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment, good mastery of Agile frameworks, excellent communication and facilitation skills, team spirit, sense of service, and ability to federate.
