Job Description
We are hiring a Security Response Officer at Passages. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in security-based roles, with corrections experience being a plus. The position requires a strong teamwork mindset, flexibility, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. The Security Response Officer will monitor and document security operations and incidents involving residents, assist with unit monitoring and other security functions, and perform Client Advisor duties such as headcounts, pat-downs, searches, and checking residents in and out of the facility.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in security and/or corrections work
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass federal drug screen process and background check
