At least 1 year of experience in security-based roles, high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to pass federal drug screen process and background check

Nursing degree, Montana RN licensure, and at least 4 years of nursing experience

Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, 2+ years of experience working with youth, cultural competency with Black/Latinx and LGBTQ+ youth

3+ years of experience in food services, including food preparation for large groups and supervisory experience
Client Advisor
High school diploma, ability to pass federal drug testing and background check, and valid driver's license required
Community Wellness Worker
High school diploma or GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, 0-2 years of experience in community health, case management, or social services
Trauma Informed Program Specialist
Bachelor's in Social Work or related field. Knowledge of adolescent/family dynamics, trauma, and substance abuse. Car/insurance & commitment to youth services
On-Call Crisis Worker
Bachelor's degree in human services. Working with system-involved youth. Car and valid driver’s license required
Business Development Manager
3-5 yrs exp. in partnership/community eng. Strong comm skills. Proficiency in computer programs. Completion of Alternatives internal leadership pipeline required
Intern
High school diploma and enrolled in a university/college program, with excellent communication, writing, and computer skills
