Altruist is seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative to help transform the wealth management industry with its AI platform, Hazel. The ideal candidate will generate pipeline, qualify leads, and execute targeted outbound plays to reach key decision-makers.
Requirements
- 1+ years in a BDR role or a high-cadence customer-facing role
- Strong written + verbal communication; comfortable with discovery and objection handling
- High ownership and pace: you prioritize well, follow through, are organized and thrive in ambiguity
- Data-informed mindset: you track what’s working, diagnose drop-offs, and adjust
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tooling (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot + sales engagement tools)
