Altruist is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their Client Development team. The role will involve driving high-quality top-of-funnel activity and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team through a mix of inbound qualification and targeted outbound prospecting.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a sales professional in a B2B financial services, fintech, or SaaS organization
- Ability to quickly understand complex product features and explain how they create value for customers in simple, compelling language
- Comfort with high-volume outbound outreach, particularly phone-based prospecting, and the resilience to handle rejection while maintaining energy and professionalism
- Ideal education: B.A. / B.S. degree in relevant fields such as Business, Marketing, etc.
- Technical aptitude: technologically savvy and able to easily get up to speed on modern tech stacks (i.e., Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
- Ownership: pride in every aspect of work
