Altruist is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Lead to help build the sales operating system for Hazel AI. The role requires 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years managing quota-carrying AEs. The candidate should have demonstrated ability to build early GTM rigor, strong deal leadership, and experience selling into complex buying environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 2+ years managing quota-carrying AEs
- Demonstrated ability to build early GTM rigor: creating the playbook, forecasting, hiring, and coaching
- Strong deal leadership: can improve win rates through discovery, messaging, and process
- Experience selling into complex buying environments (security/compliance/legal, multi-stakeholder)
