Requirements

- Collaborating with sales teams to identify and understand the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.
- Developing customized technical solutions that address client requirements, often involving creating presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) prototypes.
- Assisting the sales team throughout the sales process, providing technical expertise during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Presenting technical information about products or services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and how they solve specific problems.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and sales materials.
- Working closely with various teams, i.e. sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer solutions.
- Providing technical support to clients after the sale, ensuring a smooth implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring long-term engagement.
