AMBA is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Insurance Specialist to provide tailored life and health benefits to members. This role involves outbound calling, sales presentations, and ensuring a seamless member experience. AMBA partners with public employee associations across all 50 states.

Requirements

• Active Life and/or Health Insurance License
• 2+ years of insurance sales or high-volume call center experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Tech fluency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
• Resilience, drive, and a track record of hitting goals
