Job Description
AMBA is seeking an Inside Sales Insurance Specialist for a full-time role. This is a high-volume, high-impact sales position focused on enrolling members in supplemental Life & Health insurance products. The role involves outbound calls, consultative sales presentations, and managing a sales pipeline. AMBA partners with 200+ public employee associations.
Requirements
- Active Life and/or Health Insurance License
- 2+ years of insurance sales or high-volume call center experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech fluency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Resilience, drive, and a track record of hitting goals
