Job Description
Ambient.ai is on a mission to prevent every security incident possible and is looking for a VP of Sales – East to lead the charge. Reporting directly to the CRO, the successful candidate will be a key architect of the company's growth, managing a team of 4-6 Regional Sales Managers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on hunter roles and new customer acquisition & pipeline growth
- 4+ years of experience managing enterprise sales teams; hiring and training talent at scale
- Outstanding track record of success managing enterprise accounts and opportunities to closure, consistent over-attainment of quotas of $1M annual recurring revenue
- Success in small/fast-growing company environments
- Understands record keeping, sales process, and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, etc)
- Driven and loves to win
