Job Description
Ambient.ai is on a mission to prevent every security incident possible, and we’re looking for a VP of Sales – East to lead the charge. Reporting directly to Jeff Huisman, CRO, you will be a key architect of our growth, managing a team of 4-6 Regional Sales Managers. This role is for a natural leader who is as energized by developing people as they are by closing seven-figure deals with Fortune 100 customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on hunter roles and new customer acquisition & pipeline growth
- 4+ years of experience managing enterprise sales teams; hiring and training talent at scale
- Outstanding track record of success managing enterprise accounts and opportunities to closure, consistent over-attainment of quotas of $1M annual recurring revenue
- Success in small/fast-growing company environments
- Understands record keeping, sales process, and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, etc)
- Driven and loves to win
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the physical security industry
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to travel
