As a key member of our Rigid Packaging Solutions North America Business Group, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing an existing territory, developing new business, and executing strategic plans to drive organic growth. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, ability to influence decision-making, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Maintain existing new business and increase profitability within the region
- Develop new business within existing Distribution accounts
- Develop and execute strategic plans to provide organic growth to Amcor
- Identify comprehensive understanding of customer needs and sell the value of Amcor’s products and services
- Build highly collaborative relationships between Amcor and key account/s and their sales offices
- Orchestrate and lead key business negotiations and drive business on a regional / national / global basis
