The Learning & Development Manager will lead talent development, succession planning, and learning initiatives across the business. This role requires strong experience in manufacturing environments, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, strong ownership, and the ability to build credibility and influence across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Lead succession planning and talent review processes for critical positions
- Develop and implement talent development and retention initiatives aligned with business needs
- Design leadership development programs and learning strategies across the organization
- Manage and strengthen LMS initiatives, increasing employee engagement and training participation
- Partner with leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and development priorities
- Support training initiatives for manufacturing populations and operational teams
- Monitor learning and development metrics to evaluate program effectiveness
- Support internship, trainee, and early career development programs
- Promote a strong learning culture and continuous development mindset
