Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related roles
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Creative and innovative thinking in learning design and delivery modalities
- Comfort leveraging digital learning platforms and learning data
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
