Learning & Development Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related roles
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Creative and innovative thinking in learning design and delivery modalities
• Comfort leveraging digital learning platforms and learning data
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
