Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic role involves troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining equipment, including flexographic presses, extruder/laminators, and slitters. Performs preventive maintenance inspections, cleans machines, oils and lubricates moving parts, and repairs broken machines. Collaborates with production manager and plant engineer to schedule maintenance and make modifications to machinery.

Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year prior experience working as a maintenance technical or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work in a team-based environment, assist others, and lead by example while focusing on safety, quality, and productivity
