As a Corporate Paralegal, you will support the company's corporate governance and entity management functions, overseeing domestic and international entities, regulatory filings, and compliance obligations.
Requirements
- Manage the formation, registration, maintenance, and dissolution of domestic and international entities and branch offices
- Coordinate and file annual reports, business licenses, powers of attorney, and other regulatory filings
- Maintain and update entity management systems
- Provide certifications and certificates of incumbency for international matters
- Support KYC and UBO requirements
- Support internal and external audits
- Work with outside counsel to gather information for periodic disclosure requirements
- Partner with tax, finance, and business teams to support transactions, reorganizations, and other strategic initiatives
