The solutions architect will work closely with EAM sales and operations teams to review upcoming EAM implementation opportunities, design response approach, support technical sales process, account management, and services delivery.
Requirements
- Develop relationships with existing customers to facilitate the development of new business
- Planning and scheduling client meetings
- Meeting with new and existing clients to listen to their needs
- Communicating client needs to project managers and supervisors
- Identify new business opportunities with existing customers for current and/or additional services
- Participate in marketing activities, conference presentations, technical whitepapers
- Participate in proposal development including writing proposals and estimating level of effort
- Learn, understand and be conversant in ABS Consulting products and services
- Review published reports and news articles about existing and potential new clients to identify customer intelligence
- Networking to meet new potential clients
- Travel up to 25%
