Job Description
American Century Investments is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join their Human Resources team for a rotational program. The intern will gain hands-on experience across three core HR functions: HR Operations, Compensation, and Benefits. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain outstanding experience with a reputable firm in KC.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Interest in HR systems, data, and process optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
