District Manager

Role Overview

Oversee daily operations of assigned residential property portfolio, mentor and train local district team, drive portfolio profitability, and align goals with company objectives.

What You Will Do

Execute strategic vision, assess assets, oversee team, monitor day-to-day operations, ensure quality standards, analyze financials, handle special-case properties, and implement resident retention programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business management and/or equivalent
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a general management role with full PL responsibility
• Minimum of five (5) years of directly related progressively responsible experience in an operational or related role
• State Real Estate License within 60 days of start date
• Valid driver’s license
