Facilities Technician I (Onsite - San Diego, CA)

American Specialty Health Incorporated (ASH) is seeking a Facilities Technician I to complete building support functions, coordinate furnishing maintenance and repair, and perform light duty handyman support, inspection, and troubleshooting of furnishings and office equipment. Onsite requirement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• 2 years of experience directly performing facility servicing and coordinating general maintenance required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office programs
• Availability of automobile for on the job use and proof of insurance
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and basic maintenance equipment
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, furniture assembly, office moves, and minor repair work
• Ability to troubleshoot facility-related issues and determine appropriate corrective actions
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond effectively in a collaborative environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time; and work autonomously while managing a heavy workload
• Ability to maintain accurate records, documentation, and inventory tracking
