Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Americold, a global provider of temperature-controlled infrastructure. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, building relationships with stakeholders, and delivering high-volume recruitment outcomes. The job is based in Prospect, NSW, Australia and is a 9-month fixed-term contract.

Requirements

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management
• Deliver high-volume recruitment while maintaining strong candidate and hiring manager experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent pools
• Develop creative and alternative sourcing strategies for complex or hard-to-fill roles
• Lead end-to-end operational bulk recruitment, including coordination and delivery of warehouse staff inductions
