We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent experienced Operations Manager to join our Edinburgh Schools Account. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of six school sites, lead a team of 11 direct reports, and ensure strong operational oversight and effective team support.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a facilities Manager or Operations Manager
- Experience with IOSH and PFI contracts
- Ability to oversee a diverse portfolio of six school sites
- Strong operational oversight, relationship management, and coordination of Hard and Soft FM services
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with all stakeholders
- Proficient in creating and executing policies, as well as establishing and managing operational systems and procedures
- UK Driving license essential
