Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and take ownership of our sites, manage up to 3 school sites with 2 direct reports, and work autonomously as a self-starter. The ideal candidate must hold a valid UK driving license and have essential PFI experience.
Requirements
- Line management of team across account
- Client engagement
- Drive performance and delivery of the contract
- Build culture and relationships within the account
- Manage operational performance in accordance with service level agreement
- Manage budget and review profit and loss for effective delivery within contractual requirements
