We are seeking a Customer Loyalty & Wine Club Manager to lead our Wine Club and direct-to-consumer customer experience, turning meaningful engagement into sustained wine sales.
Requirements
- Atleast 2 years’ experience in customer loyalty, DTC sales, CRM, or membership programs
- Proven ability to convert customer experience into repeat and cross-category sales
- Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
- Confident using CRM and e-commerce platforms
- Passion for premium wine, hospitality, and experience-led brands
