Our client, LTP, is an international manufacturing group specializing in textile garment production and is now looking for a Senior Production Manager to join their team in Kaunas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing & production management, textile Technology, Business management or any other relevant field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of production operations and technical specifications
• Experience managing multiple departments and production stages
• Knowledge of in-line quality control systems
• Hands-on leadership style with good organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem management skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and problem-solving on the floor
• Knowledge of production flow & line balancing
• Ability to handle production pressure, delays, and fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, ISO 9001 standards or other efficient frameworks and ERP (production tracking software) are advantages
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English
