Job Description
We are searching for a Registered Nurse Pre OP/PACU who can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks. This position will begin as Part-Time transitioning to Full-Time over the next couple months.
Requirements
- Provide nursing care to a diverse population in a multi-specialty environment.
- Assess and communicate patient changes in condition and potential or actual problems.
- Provide education, discharge planning and intervention to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Respond to life-threatening situations utilizing nursing standards and protocols for treatment.
- Maintain patient, physician, and employee privacy and confidentiality.
- Perform related work and other duties as required.
