Sales Director, Field Sales

The EMEA Energy & Data Center Sales Director is responsible for driving growth across ADI’s Energy and Data Center Infrastructure portfolio throughout Europe. This role leads complex, multi-country customer engagements across utilities, energy infrastructure providers, hyperscale, OEMs and ecosystem partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, energy, power, or data center–adjacent industries.
• Proven track record managing complex B2B customers with multi-country, multi-stakeholder decision structures.
• Demonstrated success operating within a matrixed, global organization, collaborating across sales, applications, and product teams.
