Principal Platform Adoption Specialist

Anaplan is seeking a Principal Platform Adoption Specialist to drive customer success and accelerate platform adoption. This role involves supporting renewals, developing customer enablement strategies, and identifying risks to customer success. The position requires a proactive individual with a passion for technology and a customer-focused mindset.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or professional services
• 3–5+ years of hands-on Anaplan model-building experience
• Strong understanding of complex planning functions
• Deep knowledge of Customer Success and Technical Account Management roles
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
• BA/BS required; MA/MBA is a plus
