Principal Platform Adoption Specialist

Anaplan is seeking a Principal Platform Adoption Specialist to drive customer success through platform adoption, enhance user enablement, and reduce churn. This role involves strategic technical advice, data-driven strategies, and championing a culture of continuous improvement. The Specialist will work closely with Customer Success teams to maximize platform value and ensure customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or professional services
• 3–5+ years of hands-on Anaplan model-building experience
• Strong understanding of complex planning functions
• Deep knowledge of Customer Success, Technical Account Managers, and Professional Services teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and initiative
• BA/BS required; MA/MBA is a plus
• Communication style that builds confidence with customers
