Job Description
Anaplan is seeking a Principal Platform Adoption Specialist to drive customer success through platform adoption and enablement. This role focuses on maximizing value from Anaplan's AI-infused platform, reducing churn, and increasing customer satisfaction. It involves technical advisor support, customer feedback analysis, data-driven strategy development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or professional services
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Anaplan model-building experience
- Strong understanding of complex planning functions
- Deep knowledge of Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Professional Services
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- BA/BS degree or MA/MBA (preferred)
