Senior Solution Consultant (HR & Workforce Planning), Pre-sales

Anaplan is looking for a self-motivated Senior Solution Consultant to join their Australia Presales team in Sydney. The role requires specialization in Workforce Planning, deep industry expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of Anaplan's product suite to articulate how their offerings solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable ROI.

Requirements

• MBA / PG Diploma / B. Eng/ BSc / Bcom / BA / CA or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in Software or System Integration Companies or IT Departments either in industry, consulting or presales
• Prior experience in workforce planning or working in HCM products
• Prior experience using relevant planning tools such as Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Success Factors or similar workforce planning or HCM tools
