The Senior Client Renewal Specialist will facilitate the renewals process from quote to closure across the client base, partnering with Client Success, Sales, and legal to maximize retention, price increases, and the duration of renewal contracts.

Requirements

• Expert negotiation skills and ease of engagement with client procurement team members
• Exceptional team player with the ability to facilitate and harness cross-team collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly interpret and convey pricing models, and renewal proposals in an easy to understand way
• Excellent time management skills
