The Senior Manager, Learning & Development is responsible for leading Anderson University, the Company’s internal learning and development function, overseeing all aspects of learning and development initiatives across the organization, and leading a small team of Learning & Development specialists.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in a Learning & Development role, including experience using learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning technologies, and at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing L&D professionals.
- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and delivering employee training programs, as well as strong proficiency with e-learning tools and platforms, and knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple learning initiatives, competing priorities, and simultaneous deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, maintain accountability, and ensure timely completion of training programs and learning initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing employee-facing and company-wide communications.
