Senior Manager, Learning and Development

The Enterprise Learning team drives business success by empowering all HD Supply associates with continuous learning and development opportunities. We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Learning Facilitation Team, a leader who will drive operational excellence and champion a learner-centered approach in everything we do.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
• 7+ years in learning & development delivering in-person, virtual, and blended experiences
• Strong facilitation skills with diverse audiences, applying adult learning principles
• Proven people leadership experience coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Proficiency in learning analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Experience managing third-party learning vendors and content partners
• Ability to partner strategically with instructional designers and SMEs, providing feedback and coaching to enhance content and delivery
