Design Engineer II position within the Food & Beverage Unit at Gray's Specialty Equipment segment, responsible for analyzing customer requirements, designing fabricated components, and working with operations, sourcing, quality, project management to meet customer expectations.
Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Machine Design, Process Design or related field
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Solid experience with product design and manufacturing, specially Design For Manufacturing (DFM)
- 3D CAD required (preferably Solid Works)
- Knowledge of GD&T principles strongly preferred
- Knowledge of ASME, FEA calculations preferred
- Experience with FMEA, DVP&R, Quality Control, Site-Installation a plus
