Parts Counter

The Parts Counter person will be responsible assisting customers and Anderson branches in fulfilling their specific needs for parts. This will require a thorough understanding of Anderson’s equipment product lines and the parts for each equipment model (make, year, type).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Work Experience in Parts position at Heavy Equipment, Auto, Parts dealerships
• Proficiency with computers including preparing looking up inventory parts, preparing tickets for filling orders and shipping
• Demonstrated knowledge of inventory controls, documentation, filling orders, shipping, receiving
• Professional communication skills to promote parts sales to customers and to resolve issues
