Job Description
We are seeking a Vice President of Clinical Practice to serve as the operational head of our clinical network. You will bridge the gap between clinical excellence and operational scale, working closely with Operations, Product, and the Clinical Quality Lead. Your mandate is clear: build and lead the high-performance team that allows us to treat thousands of complex patients without compromising safety or outcomes.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- 7-10+ years of clinical practice experience
- 5 years in a significant clinical leadership role
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and leading change management initiatives in complex healthcare settings
- Operational Fluency: Demonstrated ability to design workflows that improve clinical efficiency
- Supervisory: Demonstrated history of hiring and managing the performance of clinicians
- Research & Quality Improvement: Experience designing clinical quality improvement programs and contributing to health outcomes research
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with modern EHR systems and virtual care platforms
