Job Description
Evergreen Nephrology seeks a Vice President of Clinical Operations to provide senior leadership for enterprise clinical programs and oversee clinical quality performance, HEDIS/Stars execution, and value-based care outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience leading clinical operations in Value-Based Care
- Experience and demonstrated ability to partner effectively with physician leaders
- Strong working knowledge of HEDIS and Stars performance mechanics
- Direct experience with care management platform implementation and optimization
- Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite
