Vice President, Quality

Evergreen Nephrology is seeking a Vice President of Quality to lead the development and execution of the organization's quality strategy, including quality performance across CKCC, HEDIS, and Medicare Stars, and other payer quality programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare quality within a population health, managed care, or value-based care environment
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience developing and executing HEDIS, Medicare Stars, CKCC, or comparable payer quality programs
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, provider documentation practices, and the impact of quality, risk adjustment, and value-based care programs on patient outcomes, provider performance, and organizational results
