Job Description
We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) as a Home Health RN Case Manager in Hendricks County. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health care and supervisory/management experience. The role involves delivering patient care, supervising home health aides, and conducting client assessments.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with RN licensure in the state in which services will be provided.
- One (1) year of home health care experience preferred.
- One-year supervisory/management experience with direct care staff preferred.
