Job Description

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in a home health or related healthcare setting
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of OASIS documentation system preferred
- Ability to lift and transfer patients, as well as carry equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
