Our client in Hamburg acquires specialized software companies in the critical infrastructure sector, bundles expertise, and establishes central standards. They are seeking a Manager Group Consolidation & Reporting with a hands-on mindset and strong IFRS expertise to support central initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in group accounting, consolidation, or group reporting
- Expert level knowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 3, IAS 38
- Strong understanding of group consolidation processes, including PPA
- Fluent English required, German language skills or additional European languages beneficial
