Our client in Hamburg is taking over specialized software companies from the critical infrastructure sector, bundling expertise and creating central standards. They are looking for a Manager Group Consolidation & Reporting with a hands-on mentality and IFRS expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years in group accounting or consolidation, preferably in growth-strong Tech or participation companies
- Expert in handling IFRS, particularly IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 3, IAS 38, and solid PPA expertise
- Developed understanding of group consolidation processes, including PPA
- Fluent English; German language skills or other European languages are an asset
- Additional qualifications such as tax consultant or auditor exams are a significant plus
