Job Description
Our client in Hamburg is looking for a Manager Group Consolidation & Reporting to implement IFRS on a group level, select and implement new consolidation software, and onboard new participations. The role involves close cooperation with the future finance team and external consultants, as well as accompanying M&A processes from an accounting/consolidation perspective.
Requirements
- Min. 5-8 years in group accounting or consolidation accounting
- Expert in IFRS handling, especially IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 3, IAS 38 as well as comprehensive PPA know-how
- Good understanding of group consolidation processes, including PPA
- Secure English skills
- German knowledge or other European languages are an asset
