Senior Director, Commerce

As the Senior Director, Commerce, you will lead Angel City FC’s merchandise and retail business, translating the club’s brand into products that fuel fandom and drive revenue.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in merchandising, retail or consumer products, ideally with exposure to sports, lifestyle, or fashion brands
• Proven success in building and scaling a commerce function, with measurable revenue and margin growth
• Strong understanding of licensing, vendor management, and product development processes
• Demonstrated ability to blend creative brand storytelling with operational and financial discipline
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
• Passion for Angel City’s mission and women’s sports
