The HR & Operations Manager will serve as a strategic execution partner to the Senior Director, HR & Operations. This position is responsible for partnering with scientific leadership teams on workforce initiatives and leading day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 8+ years of related experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of multi-state and federal law.
- HR Certification (CCP, SPHR, or PHRca) is a plus.
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adaptable to a start-up company’s culture, working with deadlines, and showing accountability.
- Experience partnering with Quality Assurance teams to build and maintain a compliant, inspection-ready workforce; experience with FDA audits is a plus.
