The IT Operations Specialist is a hands-on technical professional dedicated to maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure and office technologies.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, system administration, or corporate IT support.
- Experience supporting diverse enterprise environments, including macOS, Windows, and office infrastructure.
- Proficiency in managing identity and access management (IAM), helpdesk platforms, and employee onboarding/offboarding workflows.
- Hands-on experience administering collaboration tools, project management systems, and security platforms (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp or similar).
- Foundational understanding of enterprise networking (VLANs, failover, basic routing) and endpoint security.
- Experience coordinating with external IT vendors and managing hardware inventory and tracking.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and cross-functional support.
- Familiarity with automating basic operational workflows or integrating SaaS applications using low-code tools.
